Very cool photo..... So this was last year around Christmas...how long was it actually visible... 1 night 2 3...?

Thank you very much :D It was this bright for only 2 or 3 days, but from dark skies you were still able to see it with the unaided eye for about two weeks. I think from memory I got my first look at it about 3 days before Christmas and the last time I could just barely make it out was about 4 or 5 days into the new year.
